What we do

Our goal is simple. We want to educate and support girls in sport and build their confidence to inspire enjoyment and longevity. We want to build a community to support women in sport and are starting out with the very first, all female, swim clinic.

Women and girls face many problems whilst growing up, such as, issues with body confidence, life/work balance and dealing with a menstrual cycle. Now throw competing in a sport into the mix!

“64% of girls quit sport by the time they finish puberty. From personal experience, sport, and swimming in general, has brought me so much confidence and joy. This is what makes this statistic so upsetting. All of the team here want to make sport as accessible as possible, and starting with FAST and female, providing support and education, is our first step.”
