Start and turn workshop
The second swim session will focus on backstroke starts and turns. Get the most out of the fastest parts of the race!
Starts and turns can make the difference between winning and losing a race. Swimmers will focus on developing the technical skills and confidence needed to maximise speed and efficiency at every wall.
Whether you're looking to improve your reaction time, streamline, underwater kicking, or turn execution, this session provides valuable techniques that swimmers can immediately apply in training and competition.
