  • Freya Anderson MBE

    GB Swimmer and 2X Olympian

    Freya has an impressive collection of medals from the Olympics, World Championships, European championships and the Commonwealth Games and is a British record holder.

    Currently training in Stirling, Scotland Freya is preparing for the Commonwealth Games and European Championships in 2026.

  • Jen Rice

    Lead Coach

    Jen is Lead Coach for FAST and is a high performance coach based in Bristol, England. She has supported athletes up to every level, from regional to international.

    Jen competed in the Commonwealth Games for Wales.
