Any queries relating to the FAST and Female swim camp please direct to info@faswimtraining.co.uk
If for any reason outside of our control the event is unable to run a full refund will be given.
Cancellations will only be accepted with a full refund up to 48 hours before the start of the clinic at the discretion of the management team and will need to be due to extenuating circumstances as agreed by the team.
By attending the clinic it is presumed you are aware of all associated risks and accept responsibility for any injuries sustained. All clinics are run by qualified staff and registered swimmers must follow instructions at all times to ensure a safe environment. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the safety of participants FAST and Female are not responsible for 1) Personal Injury, accidents, or illnesses occurring during the clinic unless caused by negligence on the part of FAST and Female 2) Loss or damage to personal belongings.
By attending the clinic you have agreed that your swimmer is medically fit to take part and you must make Staff aware of any medical conditions prior to the event.
Should there be an official photographer at the event, photos and video footage may be taken and used in line with Swim England good practice guidance and used in promotional material and on social media to promote future clinics. If you do not wish for photographs to be taken please tick the box on booking.
Parents and guardians are welcome to stay for the camp but please note due to class and room size it might not be possible to access all sessions.
Swimmers must provide their own food, drink and snacks. Promotional goods of high nutritional standard from sponsors might be available on the day. Please make the staff aware of any dietary requirements on the booking form so staff are aware, even if no promotional goods are consumed.
An information pack will be issued prior to the event, please make sure this is read and understood to help the camp run smoothly.
FAST and Female will store and use your personal data for the purpose of administering the clinic, in line with GDPR Guidance. By booking the clinic you understand and accept that your data will be used in this way.
