⭐️ Pool session focusing on creating our race warm up, refining skills, warming up your aerobic system and getting fired up with some start and turn check ins on different strokes and for different distance.

⭐️ Land session to create a pre-race priming routine. Learn what helps to fire up your muscles to become ready to get the best out of yourself in the pool.

⭐️ Mental preparation workshop: learn how to use nerves to your advantage, how to overcome any fears and learn about resilience from our Olympic athletes.

⭐️ Finish the day with a race simulation session! Putting all you’ve learnt throughout the day into practice.
