Learn how to get the most out of your stroke and to hold your skills under pressure.

A led Pilates session. This gives you the chance to try something new. Pilates is great for relaxing and getting in tune with your body. We will go through swim specific exercises that will support your technique and efficiency in the pool.

Education on the menstrual cycle, fuelling your body around training and a panel discussion on swim/life balance and resilience with Freya and coach Jennifer Rice.

Demonstrations will be led by Freya Anderson, two time Olympian and multiple world championships medalist.

Q&A opportunity, a chance to learn from Freya’s experience of 10+ years representing Great Britain.
